Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • Packages that are returned to sender will be held for 2 weeks before they are disposed. For re-shipping these items, the client will bear responsibly for additional packaging and shipping costs. 
  • All defective items that are not reprinted are only otherwise refunded via store credit 
  • Famous Printing does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Custom/Bulk Orders

  • Once paid, either directly through credit/debit/paypal or via invoice, bulk runs and custom orders begin and can not be refunded, though orders can still be changed (colors, art tweaks, shipping addresses, etc. are changeable) and payment can be used as credit on other items, instead, if desired.
  • Under no circumstances will there be any cash refunds for custom or bulk orders, as we spend our own resources to get orders into motion immediately and we can't use your custom product to help other customers.
